In my experience, Red Robin restaurants are consistently a good dining experience. But the Red Robin in the First and Main shopping Center of Colorado Springs is the best of the best, and has now become our go-to place for casual dining. Outstanding management and super wait staff really make this an enjoyable place. In our most recent visit on 5/9/23 the manager really went out of his way to accommodate us and our dogs on the patio. We enjoyed a wonderful evening out!
The service was great and timely, however the hamburgers that we had were considerably smaller than in past visits. Paying $15.00 a plate for a smaller portion or burger is disappointing. In the past the burgers were very large and satisfying...now they're as big as a Big Mac at McDonald's. Charging the customer the same price or more and providing less is apparently the Red Robin business model now. I will not return.
First time here, Wouldn't recommend, no vegan options. And out of everything. Just a cup of broccoli. Smells Rancid. Cmon. Disappointed to leave a resturant to have to find something to eat.
