Gezzo's West Coast Burritos

This is my second time dining at Gezzo’s in the last couple of weeks. I returned because my initial experience was so positive, and once again, I was not disappointed. Maria and her team including Michelle, Jocelyn and Rebecca are AMAZING! They each took time to speak to me as I moved through the line delivering top notch customer service. Once again, the food was hot and fresh and the prep area and salsa bar were clean and well-stocked. Well done Gezzo’s! ????????????

This place is ran terribly, starting from the top. The staff has no idea what they're doing or how to properly make a burrito. They under serve ingredients, one day its one scoop of rice and meat, the next its 2, theyll argue with you if you ask for the appropriate amount, they don't heat up tortillas enough, they can't roll them and they are cold and fall apart by the time you get yours due to staff running around like a chicken with a cut off head. The owners clearly don't care anymore. They don't properly train their employees, the health score is ridiculously low which isnt shocking with how they run the serving line. One person starts the food and they pass it to the next guy who isn't even there probably ringing someone up bc they're too cheap to hire. Everything gets cold. Did I mention they cannot fold a burrito my god. But they have the nerve to charge you .30 for a water cup lmao. My wife received a gift card for 25.00, I was not sure we would have enough on it to cover both our plates. We had more than enough in both our costs and plate. Found a new place to go, being from griffin, its a bit of a ride at either location, but so well worth it. We were at the one in McDonough, we were not at all disappointed with the amount of food and the taste of the food. The young lady that made my chicken fajita salad which was huge btw, closely resembles Millie Bobbie Brown, she did a phenomenal job making my salad. The taste was also excellent. The restaurant was clean, the music was good, not what i would listen to, but still tasteful. Hopefully when we return to the one on Bill Gardner pkwy, its closer, we get the same results, otherwise I will have to make the 25 mile ride to the one in McDonough'. The bowl was so large they had to put it into a to go box.
