Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a wonderful waitress named Anita. She did a great job checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and extremely efficient. Good waitresses like Anita are hard to find. Thank you Anita for your outstanding service!

Did a carry out order, food was awesome. But had an issue with payment. Needed to partially pay with gift card and device never prompted for payment. So charged whole order to bank card. Manager said it would be refunded and then everything was charged correctly. Looked at bank account over the next week and no refund had been posted. Talked to management again at store and was assured they would look into it and contact me about it. Now almost 2 weeks later and nothing. This is the closest Chili's to me by far, and I will not return to this location. If I want Chili's I will now drive the extra 15 mins to go to another.

Soup not full, southwest egg rolls burnt so bad you can’t eat them, drink cups covered with drink all down the side of them. Maybe take your time making the food correctly instead of rushing it for no reason. Would love my money back for my order.
