Justin & the outback crew saved our anniversary dinner. We had previously ordered from door dash, who monstrously messed up our order and left it without alerting us it had been delivered. Then, had no available drivers for a redelivery. We contacted Outback to order for pick up, explained the situation and were met with some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long, long time! Not only was Justin empathetic to our situation, but also threw in an anniversary desert and went above and beyond to ensure our food was hot & exactly as ordered. Ironically, my steak was even the shape of a heart. Management, I hope you recognize him for an astounding job!
I live very close to this Outback Steakhouse. No matter what time I go there, it is always pleasant. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The meals are delicious and consistent. I highly recommend anyone who wants great food, customer service, clean atmosphere and good staff who are willing to help with the delightful time of the meal visit to go to this amazing restaurant. Parking: From the entrance, sides and middle of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Up front towards the entrance.
A couple and my husband and I enjoyed dinner as we were there for a bowling tournament . The service was on point and the food was just delicious. This is the service and quality of food I remember from my youth. My parents would treat the family with a dinner at red lobster. Thank you
