This is one of the best places in the metro-area for beer, always a good selection across the spectrum - so in that regard it is 5 stars. Service is also consistently good - for my latest experience we had a server that actually knew a lot about the beverages. This might seem minor but it makes a difference when there are lots of choices to get some advice/input. -- Food. I don't really know what it means to say a place has good burgers? It's weird to me since it is generally just grilled or fried hamburger on a bun - not a lot to that IMO, and not a lot of variance - plus it's an odd reason to choose one place over another if your selection will be a burger at either. (I suppose the bun and the other things vary, and then there is the source of the beef; to be clear, this is not a Red Cow specific comment, just a comment that applies equally to all.) Came here for the first time yesterday and really glad I did! The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Blues burger and my partner ordered the Barcelona burger with cheese curds. Everything came out relatively quickly and the burger was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend checking out the restaurant. The only con was the server working was kind of mediocre. She wasn’t super helpful and didn’t really check in to see if we needed anything. However , I believe the manage was VERY attentive and helpful.
Great food, lovely patio, great servers, and a fun bartender. Also, we used to avoid this because we have a variety of different eaters in our family (including vegetarians), but, the reality is they have such a diverse menu that works for almost every diet, and it’s all delicious. For example, the burgers are amazing, but the Buffalo cauliflower (marinated overnight and cornmeal breaded) is also one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had, and definitely not an also-ran vegetarian version of something else. Vegetarian options: From impossible burgers to amazing apps and delicious entree options, vegetarians have many options here.
