Rally's

Rally's resonated with us! My wife and I are from different cities outside of MO and we currently have no Rally's around. We used to so all we had were the memories until we bee-lined for this Rally's. Woo-wee! I'm so glad that we had this great food and just like the old days. Rally's took us back to our childhood. I guess you can say our realities merged. Rally's did it for us.

Literally drove 30 minutes to this location only to be told that the Apple Pay was down. That fine so I downloaded your app to place my order. When I got to the drive thru they informed me that the entire system was down, which it wasn’t I just seen them in their car outside the store. The employee actually told me to go to McDonald’s across the street. IF I WANTED McDonald’s I WOULD HAVE GONE THERE FIRST. Very unimpressed and unprofessional I was told I would get my refund back immediately and it didn’t come back immediately like she said.

Hands down absolutely the worst experience!!! Waited in line for well over 30 mins. Got home & ate my dinner, ate into a chicken sandwich that was RAW! Extremely RAW! Called their corporate office to make a report. Working on 3 weeks and have YET to hear back from anyone!!
