Dunkin'

I LOVE Dunkin.. But the past couple of times the wait in the drive thru has been atrocious. My boyfriend and I counted that we waited 25 minutes just to even get to the speaker to order. I get that sometimes they're overly busy, but to wait that long for a medium coffee and 2 donuts is a little much.

I absolutely love this location, it’s just the drive thru is pretty slow. I wait 20 minutes just for one cup of coffee. But the workers are super sweet. The lobby door is always open which is nice if I just need to run in quickly, but I was confused when I went through and tried walking in 06/29 and the lobby door was locked and there was no signs anywhere. I get I was only getting coffee, but for people that do pick up orders that sucks for them because no employee wanted to unlock the door or acknowledge there was people there.

Kinda slow but thats understandable compared to other DD's from what I've seen the employees are knowledgeable about food handling and safety. Every time I come the donuts always taste fresh, not like they were left over from the day before and the ice cream taste just the same, fresh.And to add I've never seen the employees being rude to customers.
