Sonic Drive-In

So its been over a year, i had given up on going to this Sonic on Page...a gave the location a 2...honestly that was too high, hands down the worst Sonic I've ever been too...however that wasn't always the case...I work right down the road from them....so I've been there alot...anyway I just want to say it looks like this sonic is taking a U-Turn in the right direction....service is quick and the people are nice ....please keep up the great work, I really enjoy Sonics food...the only reason for the 4 is the burger was alittle sloppy...with service that quick...you can slow down just a bit and make the burger nice....anyway great JOB!!! I'LL BE BACK!!????

I placed an order for a milkshake and some tots online. When I got there they told me the shake machine was down. They also told me they couldn’t issue me a refund. I had to call support and they issued me a refund but it takes 5 to 7 days to get my money. I also drove about 20 miles round-trip to go to this location and asked to be compensated as gas is extremely expensive. They refused to compensate me for the inconvenience. I’ve had so many issues with SONIC I don’t know how this company stays in business?
