Rally's

The person at the drive-thru with the fake hair needs to be fired. She is very rude and obviously she can't read either. I ordered my drink with no ice and she made it with ice and I'm sure she was lying when she said you don't have honey mustard. She was extremely rude and called me names.

Why oh why didn't I read these reviews before visiting this Rally's today??? At this point, Rally's Corporate needs to shut down this location; like many others in the Indianapolis area. I start off by saying that I was having a great day today and my encounter with the LOVELY employees at this location kind of spoiled it. I pulled up at the speaker and there is a note posted that the speaker isn't working and to pull up to the window. I do so and wait..and wait for several minutes. Someone finally comes to the window and says we're only taking orders at walk up. Okay, so I park my car and walk to the window. I then wait a couple of more minutes for someone to come to take my order. The person that comes to the window looks like she is extremely high off of something and catches me off guard. The young man taking my order was worried more about his phone then handling my order. General practice to give napkins with a order, I had to ask for napkins. I feel he felt I was not important rather I was inturupting his day …..
