Buffalo Wild Wings

This was a horrible experience. We have been there a few times and it is always slow but this time takes the cake. We walk in to no host or host stand. Someone eventually comes by and ask if we would like to dine in. We said yes. She says “I need to go check with the server” walks away comes back a few minutes later and takes us to the table. The “host” then takes our drink orders and brings them back. We then WAIT for 15 minutes with no server coming to check in on us or get our order. 2 servers both walk past our booth multiple times not even glancing at our table. We then get up and go to the takeout area so we can pay for my husbands Pepsi so we can leave. One of the servers who walked past us multiple times is there and instead of just letting us pay and leave she calls over who was suppose to be our server who ALSO passed by our table multiple times and the girl had the audacity to ask what table we were at like we know their number scheme and then walks back into the restaurant

Very disappointed with this time going to BW3. Server was curt and sullen, only brought drumsticks. Had her take the plate back and bring some flats on the plate. Staff were not professional. Staff looked at you like something was wrong with you! The young lady at the counter had trouble ringing you out. Did not leave a tip and will not be patronizing this place anymore. It has really fallen off!

Was forced to give this place 1 star, but deserves ZERO!! My Husband ordered the ultimate nachos. It looked as if they threw someone’s left over food in the box & sold it to us! Immediately went back for a refund! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Also tell your staff to quit vaping in the kitchen & coughing uncontrollably!!!
