Stopped in 15min before close, asked if it was okay to order. Told yes. Started to order and cashier walks away. Never comes back. Rest of crew ignored us until we left.
The place was cleaner than I am used to seeing at other Penn Stations. Staff was playful, when not actively working. Still believe product was about 30% over priced than quality and portion size.
Food good. Customer service not so great. Place was freezing. 42 degrees outside and they have temperature set to 62 degrees and when we said something they said because it's so hot behind the counter
