My latest trip was very disappointing. You can't make food ahead of time and expect it to be hot. Both the fries and chicken were cold. They replaced the fries with half the original amount and replaced the chicken with tiny, thin strips.
Got lucky today and got 4 fingers in my 3 finger combo! Canes is a solid and good fast food joint. Inside is clean and dynamically designed. Food is always hot and fresh. Their sauce is boss!
The dining area needed attention (cleaning). Observed girl in back touching (adjusting) her hat with the gloves she was using to fix the food plates. The table we were sitting in, was very loose, which should have been taken out of service or fixed. Trash dumpsters need to be changed (overflowing). The food was good and hot, good representation. Employees standing around talking unstead of cleaning.
