Oh they stopped serving dimsum.. well been awhile since. The salted fish fried rice is one of the best wok hei! Mapo tofu pretty good. The pork belly preserved vegetables. Mui choy kaw yuk was quite a let down. Over powered by 5 spice. Overall they deserved more patrons.. good food!
This is absolutely the best Chinese food in the whole of the Kansas City metro area (in both states!) The owners are wonderfully sweet, kind, caring people, and the food is above top notch! The best shrimp toast you’ll ever eat, amazing duck, and a wide variety of different dishes, including low-cal and Atkins friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. My spouse and I eat here twice a month for our date nights. It’s spectacular!
Really great service. Ask for traditional menu if wanting really authentic and something new. Fast service even on weekend. Been coming here 40 to 50 yrs. and never had a bad meal! Best wonton soup still ever had anywhere..well seasoned, like all their food. Vegetarian options: Special dietary menu sections like vegetarian, no sugar, starch, or salt, Adkins, Weight Watchers.
