QDOBA Mexican Eats

I ordered a chicken quesadilla from the Qdoba as an online order, The quesadilla barely have any cheese in it and was missing my corn salsa. When I called the restaurant to tell them about my quesadilla, A young lady answer the phone and proceeded to tell me that they had to cut back on the cheese while laughing as if this is a joke and when asked about my corn salsa her reply was we are training a new employee and she forgot. These excuses are unacceptable. I feel totally disrespected that I did not receive the food that I paid for. I feel as if the quality of my food would have been different if I would have order inside and had my food made in front of me. we as customers spend our hard earned money in these restaurants that are supposed to supply good quality food. if the quality of food goes down so should the amount of our money.

I did a pickup order. Two of the bowls I ordered out of five were mixed up. Other than that, everything was great. The food was fresh and it was ready when promised.

Seems like a pretty good alternative to Chipotle. They have more toppings and things choose from, however on my visit they were out of some of my usual favorites, so I couldn't tell you how good the guacamole, or the fajitas, or the corn salsa is. That was a bit of a disappointment. The AC was also broken inside so it was crazy hot LOL. In terms of the food that I did get it was very tasty, although the chips were super salty like they got double salted by mistake. I would definitely try it again but maybe a different store with working AC hahaha...
