There is a older woman that works the window for the drive-through from morning to afternoon that has the nasties attitude if you try to pay with Apple Pay. Worse customer service I have even received from a restaurant. Avoid the drive-through if you don't want your day to be ruined.
Just went to Panera Bread at white Oak and I ordered a Chai Tea. The person at the window proceeded to give me the chai tea with all the black ingredients at bottom of the cup. It had not been mixed. I stated it shouldn't look like this as I order it often. I had to ask her to take it back to mix it. Once it was brought back it was so strong my son and I couldn't drink it. I have never experienced such a bad experience like this before when visiting Mechanicsville location.
One of the worst Panera’s we’ve ever had. The chicken sandwich tasted 2 days old, the mac and cheese had a hard lump in it, the steak and white cheddar didn’t really have any steak and they forgot part of our order.
