QDOBA Mexican Eats

Customer service is so bad here. The employees barely acknowledge you are standing in front them waiting to order. Then they move so slowly and act like asking for more pico on your burrito bowl is an insult. The food was OK but we ordered 3 fountain drinks with our entrees. Every selection at the fountain drink machine was out, except Root Beer. The iced tea was out too. I brought the issue up to the cashier and she couldn't care less. No effort to address the issue. Just a blank zombie stare. Are you kidding me? It is Monday at 1 PM. Prime lunch time. So bad.

I took my family to this Qdoba location on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at around 2pm. I have never seen a more filthy restaurant. The kitchen and eating area was appalling. I cannot believe that the Louisville Health Department has not shut this place down. I would like to add that the employees working there were not at fault. There appeared to be only two employees working and they were doing everything they could to keep up and did so with a positive attitude. This location was clearly understaffed and this is 100% a management problem. This location was so dirty that I will never consider returning!

I have been going to this location for almost 12 years now. I have never had a bad experience. I have had times when I was not absolutely satisfied, but that is to be expected over the course of 12 years. Overall nothing wrong with this location. I will continue doing take out from here. Their quality and cleanliness has always been consistent. Vegetarian options: You can build your own bowl, burrito or quesadilla with veggies. Parking: There is loads of parking space in the area. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there is a ramp on the curb. It may be difficult going through the line or seeing over the counter. But if you know what you want they should be able to accommodate your request.
