I was glad when the Potbelly franchise came to Louisville as it was one of my favorite places for delicious sandwiches in Virginia! Try a "Wreck" on skinny white or wheat - I love it and imagine you will, too!
Their bread is on point. If you go here, try the Cubano. Their lunch meat, ham, roast beef etc has very poor quality though so stay away from those options. They have the zapps brand chips. Cookies aren't the best
Amazed that they were fully staffed (lunch). Unfortunately they're closing early due to staffing shortages. Hopefully this ends soon...
