Maybe I caught them on a bad day but their drive thru service is not ready for prime time. The outdoor order takers are taking orders past the pickup window. I waited a kind of long time for my order. And it was sloppily prepared. Hope they get better.
Great service! Amazing food. Beef was great!
As i am writing this i am still sitting inside the restaurant. This is the best Portillos I have eaten in. David is working the floor and very friendly. I highly recommend eating here. I will definitely be back.
