Despite having to deal with some people begging outside all the time that I go into this franchise, I haven't had any serious issues. However, they didn't have any spicy chicken and many other items one day. No joke. I have the photo below because I could not believe it. If you are able to spare some change to the people outdoors, please do. They are harmless. I work around the corner so this is nothing new. Oh and it helps if you know some Spanish because some of the cashiers honestly do not understand English. ???????? My Spanish isn't that great but I can get by. ????

Long wait for only two people in line but the chicken was hot and fresh. Tried the new mac n chz and after the way folks hyped it up, I was left underwhelmed.
