Order my food only to be told afterwards not to drive to window yet because of the service timer obviously ???? wait 7min for a 3pc instead of my suggested 4pc ???? not to mention one piece looked sm & deformed and it was a breast, suppose to been a thigh.. horrible service all around

This is the second time I've came to this particular Popeye's franchise and both times I've sat in the drive-thru for more than 25 minutes with one car in front waiting as well for 20-25 minutes for one order! Are they killing the chicken while customers are ordering. This is senseless
