Staff is rude and constantly gets orders wrong. The woman at the window in the morning constantly complains about pay and comes to work looking unkept. Do not go hear if you are looking forward to a quick morning coffee with the fixings inside. The staff gets a negative attitude about this simple additional and lets you know it. Laziness is the order of the day, pun intended, at this location.
I ordered a medium carmel frappe and they gave me a small, didn't realize til I drove away
