Friendly staff, great selection, and good food.

The food was awful. The cheese on the chili cheese fries tasted sour and made me very sick. The hot dog buns were stale. The meat looked old like it had been re-cooked a few times. I got food poisoning.

The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. I placed a carryout order that I found was not right once I got to my car, and I was charged for what I ordered. I called in and they agreed to remake the order, however I had to wait, which the rest of my food got cold. My son went in the get the order and they asked for the food back to throw it in the trash. How absolutely petty is that?? With covid and everything else what restaurant take food back?? You messed up my order and charged me. Customer service would be to just remake the order and apologize. The manager said that is not petty, he's not remaking food if you don't bring it back and they are human. Not one apology, no courtesy, totally rude. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from here again. I am a customer that frequently patronize, but never again. Get some customer service skills.
