Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The person at the window was nice but they are definitely lacking with the quality of food. This is what I received as a large order of macaroni and cheese. On top of not being full, it was cold. The chicken pieces are also small. When spending $30 on a meal combo I expect better than this. I won't be going there again.

Rainy days are horrible for drive up. So I decided to go inside. The lobby was four deep. I stood in front of the register and was not acknowledged. Finally the gentleman asked me what I want. I ordered six wings and a large red beans and rice. The food was put in a bag not a box. I drove 5 mins home and the meat was old and warm. The side was also warm and tasteless. I'm not sure why the level of customer service and food quality has gone down hill. I use to love Popeyes. I use to work for one in 1996. I'm just very disappointed.

This is one of those fast food joints where you have to be really comfortable with the area it's in, and very used to bad service. They run out of stuff and mess up orders too much. The food is good though.
