Closed the lobby 2 hours early from what was posted on the door then the lady in the drive-thru was rude af. I will never be going back to this Jack In The Box when I go to visit family. A total bust, seriously. The 20-30 min drive to any of the other Jack In The Box is better than the attitude and hatefulness my fiancé and I received. I will never return to this establishment.
Just tried to order in the drive thru and someone came over the speaker and frustratedly said, "I'm sorry, we are not open," despite an open sign and open ours on Google. I understand if staff call in sick, but please put a sign on the speaker box or something.
