Imo's Pizza

Got mines delivered, and the pizza was great and tasty! But the delivery driver was a little rude towards me. This isn't the first time I've seen him, so the first time I tipped him with cash but the second time I didn't because I didn't have it available. So I X out the tip part on the receipt and told the driver have a good day. He looks at the receipt then looks at me crazy without saying anything and walks away. Very unprofessional and rude of him.

Just moved in U. City down the block on Olive. In the beginning service was okay. But when I informed the receptionist I needed parmesan and utensils she told me they didn't have utensils but they sell salads. Service was fast and the driver was awesome. She actually offered to go back to the store and bring the parmesan back. Unfortunately now its 15 minutes later and I haven't got a call or return. I bought one pizza and tipped generously. To pay $30 for a large two topping pizza it would have been nice to have it hot with the parmesan I requested. I'll never call them again. Great pizza terrible customer service. 25 min later and I'm still waiting for the parmesan that the manager promised pathetic!
