Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There was no one in line at the drive through so I pulled up. The employee told me to wait a minute. Then I didn’t hear anything for 5 minutes so I went inside. There were 3 people in line. I waited 10 minutes and they hadn’t taken anyone’s order yet. Unfortunately this has been my experience at multiple locations. Hopefully they can get it figured out

Tried going twice in the last month. Either closed early or don't have the items I intended to order. Update: apparently, 3rd time is the charm. Was finally able to order what I wanted. They still requested exact change or card payments. There was a bit of wait for the food to be cooked but nothing ridiculous. Whoever was running drive thru and grill were nice. They communicated why I was waiting and was fairly accurate to the time quoted. Food was as good as I expected from Popeyes.

Waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes at 3pm on a Sunday. The lady was rude while taking our order, rude at the window and told us she only had spicy chicken ready to go when we were waiting for 20 minutes after ordering. There was zero reason to not have what we ordered available. Honestly, non of that would have mattered if her attitude was a lot better. This place needs better management and employees. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to clean the place up. It’s filthy (it is located in Racine, so maybe that’s why it’s such a disgusting place…)
