I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service at this location on Durand Ave. My kids and I stood at the register for over 10 minutes and there weren't even any other customers there. Noone even acknowledged us. So we ended up leaving and going to McDonald's. I rate this burger King a 0 due to their customer service. I can't rate the food because we couldn't even get served.
I love Burger King…. when they get my order right. I ordered a simple #1…. A whopper, fries and a drink. I got a whopper with cheese, bacon and sliced jalapeños. Not even close. My wife’s order was correct. Make sure you check your bag before you drive off!
This Burger King is the worst ever. I am trying to get ahold of the owners to let them know exactly how horrible their store is run. They are supposed to open at 7am never is it open than. They stop making breakfast way before 10am. The Burger King on HWY 20 is so much better.
