Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Been visiting here since last 2 years and have been to other Olive Gardens several times, and have a lot of wonderful memories. Never had I had customer service and food quality below excellent. However, we recently visited here and ordered Berry Sangria something we have every time we dine. 8-9 sips and it was over, ice was till the top (Picture is of 40m after we received the drink so some melted), very less drink charged $6-8 for this. Told the server, she was least interested and ignored our complaint. Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara quantity was reduced by 20-30% (Not a complaint as it's still more compared to other restaurants). Other restaurants Drink's quantity is 7-8x more than Olive Gardens for the same price, other OG branches have 2-3x more quantity than Racine. Highly disappointed and would be visiting Kenosha or Pleasant Prairie going forward. Wasn't offered any mints after eating, the server asked us to pay on the thing and disappeared.

One of my daughter's favorite places and ours...she was here form out of town. Our waitress Rena was amazing! Our grandson couldn't have salt so she had them make special breadsticks for him! That was so sweet! Our food was excellent as always. I had the angel hair pasta with the mushroom sauce and marina together! It was wonderful! I usually always get the ravioli but decided on something different...and so glad I did!!

You can’t go wrong eating at Olive Garden. I know that I could eat just the salad and bread sticks and be happy…. But the food is delicious. The service is fast and friendly every time we eat there. It’s a fun place to eat!
