Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The drive thru took a bit of time but my food was good so it was worth the wait. They have a really good chicken sandwich so I'm definitely going back.

My fave Popeyes, staff is amazing. They forgot my mashed potatoes and when I let them know, i got another mash for free. And they're food is always fresh and on point ????

Service was terrible! I waited over 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered through the drive thru and was told to park up front and someone would bring my food out to me. I waited 30 minutes and then I called to ask about my order. I was placed on hold and never got back to me. I decided to get back in the drive thru line and ask about my food. The person at the speaker was the manager “Aaliyah” and when I asked about it she was very rude and even said I might as well keep waiting since I was back in the line! I am appalled! All employees there were these young kids that seemed bothered that we are there. If you don’t like your job, why are YOU there?! Employers please watch out who you hire! Unfortunately Popeyes on Cass St. today had terrible customer service!
