Poor customer service. Had a coupon and told the lady when I pulled up to the drive thru window, she smirked and rung up my order before i presented her with the coupon. Then told me she was a manager and would honor the coupon . ????. It’s not the money it’s the principle!! I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. Our community spend too much money here to be treated unfairly
Today, January 25, 2022, I ordered two whoppers and two medium fries. The burger meat was not fresh and the buns were stale. The fries were cold and not fresh. The food was very old and not safe to eat. I had to throw the food in the garbage.
