Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is getting worst on delivery at this location, I order last nigh and I didn’t even get what I order. This trash is what i got

I have had a few times at this restaurant where they run out of items or food took over two hours to get to me, but I could overlook those times. Today I actually threw away the food I bought. The PaZone I got had about a tablespoon of cheese in it and the inside looked like just grease, that small amount of cheese, and three slices of pepperoni. The pizza looked cut, but I couldn’t get it apart, which usually isn’t a big deal. However, this time is because the bottom crust was so hard that we could barely cut through it. Tried to eat it and it was so hard it was like eating leather, so I threw that away too. The wings were not the normal quality either. Completely soggy and sitting in a puddle of grease. The staff was also pretty unfriendly. No smile. No hello. Just wanted me to leave the store asap so they could go back to being on their phones and leaning against the walls. Honestly I have never had an experience that bad in every way.

I ordered one pizza and one drink. The wait time said 20-30 minutes. This was gonna be my lunch before going to work. Once 50minutes had passed I called the store and they apologized and said it will be there shortly. I waited a little over an hour. When I called again and was mad at this point saying I want a refund. By the time I was leaving for work was when the lady was barely getting there with the pizza. This is ridiculous, I ended up not eating before going to work.
