Order through door dash at 5pm and still haven’t received the food. Atp of my typing it is 8:30pm. Hopefully the food comes before closing time but not looking so good. Need a better system if your short staffed and can’t make orders stop receiving them. No reason should I have to deal with five drivers canceling on me because drive through lines are long due to no staff to prepare the food. As an old dasher myself I also experienced waiting in this line for two plus hours because of the same reason.

Why do they have online ordering saying that your food will be ready when you get here? This is my 2nd time coming here and my food hasn't even been started. I made another stop beforehand so they had over 30 minutes to prepare my order. Now they are out of Red Beans & Rice but that didn't happen until after I got here and was standing in the line. I understand they can run out and need time to make more but I would have had my order if it had been started in a timely manner.

My wife and I went to this location last night at 830pm on 7/25/2022. After my wife went into lobby to order food do to long line at drive through. After sitting I. Dinning room for over thirty minutes. A hourly employee walks up to refund what as paid and they canceled the whole order. After us waiting all this time. No so called management never came up to apologize or to give reason why. Very unprofessional do they have any customer service training. Very disappointing on how our transaction was handled never again.
