The worst chinese food In town. For dinner it cost 15 per person and the food was bland and it was obvious why, there were no Chinese employees in the place. This place has been sold so many times but was always owned and ran by people who knew how to set up a buffet. The pieces were cut too small and the only flavor you will get is from your soy sauce you put on it. China Town lost 2 loyal customers today and it will not take long and it will be for sale again.
Sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had some kind of chemical in it. The chicken noodle soup tasted like it was made with chicken gravy instead of chicken broth. Fried chicken lacked seasoning. Mac n cheese was watery and mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box. Most of the dessert table is straight from the store. And then to top it off, the bus boy wouldn't stop staring at me while I ate and it was starting to creep me out.
I stopped in here with a couple of friends of mine, to try the buffet. The place was much cleaner than I expected, and their buffet has an amazing array of different food choices. Everything from the expected Chinese, to a taco bar, and traditional American comfort food. It's very easy to find something that you will like on the buffet, and the prices were reasonable. There was a TV going with YouTube like clips running, that I honestly could have done without, but it was an interesting variation. I wasn't disappointed, and will quite possibly come back again, but I can't think of anything that particularly stood out.
