The cashier at the register at 12:15 pm was super rude, would not give me the free condiments that I asked for instead head me some grape jelly. The chicken was cold and very old looking and she would not switch it out for me. Terrible establishment needs to be closed down. I want a refund!

Got Uber eats and my entire meals was OLD Stale chicken and sides were also stale. Took the entire meal back and the manager said there kitchen closes at 9pm when the store closes at 11pm. Then had the nerves too tell me it’s not on them it’s on the Uber driver… so I said the Uber driver is responsible for stale chicken. So unprofessional. I had to pay for Uber delivery then get in my car to bring the food back just to hear the manager excuses of serving customers stale chicken and sides. This is unacceptable on so many levels. I’ll never order from this location again. FYI I know businesses are short staff everywhere and I appreciate everyone that shows up for work, but to blame the Uber driver for the freshness of their food is unacceptable. The Uber driver delivers not cook the food that food had been sitting under light for over 2 hrs or more. If they’re closing their kitchen 2 hours before closing the food isn’t fresh at all I paid $40 bucks for some mess and had to drive back up

I went to this location 10/25/2022, ordered a Mild Chicken sandwich, small Sprite and a small Fry. Let me say I have gone to this location many times and it was excellent. The sandwich was horrible absolutely horrible. I used to have to wait in line and when I drove up and there were no cars I should have noticed. I was given a receipt that is unreadable. Nothing printed JUST DOTS AND SMUDGES, couldn't do the online survey. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN THAT TO A DOG NEVERTHELESS SOLD IT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE LESS IF I COULD!!
