Pizza Hut

I ordered delivery from this restaurant yesterday and I never got my pizza. And when I called the store no one answered. Save your money and do not order from here. There is much better pizza in Evergreen anyway.

The person at the counter was not friendly at all. The food was good, unfortunately the customer service was lacking.

This has become my favorite Pizza Hut. Not after today. It’s sooooo many different pizza spots to choose from in chicago , regular chicagoans know. I’m from the south and this is what I’m use too. I came in today with my son , it was busy of coarse ! It’s Halloween weekend !! I didn’t care because I’m a general manager at a fast food restaurant. But the guy who “seemed to be in charge” was very rude. It was disgusting honestly. The light skinned African American woman who had the grey hood on was so calm. I doubt she was a manager because she had to call someone to be informed on how to do a cash refund . Either way, she is what this place needs. She held her own! I’m writing this to tell you that I appreciated you staying calm as well as replacing my pizzas because they were clearly old. You deserve the best and if it wasn’t so busy, I would have offered you a job at my store! The rest of the workers .. please find something else other than a job dealing with customers. I doubt I’ll e
