White Castle

I love White Castle but this location sucks only because of the employees. They seem like they don't care about looking or acting halfway like they want to be there. Rarely do they get my order right and whenever I don't check my order before leaving, it's normally wrong. And not wrong as in I got the wrong soda. But wrong as in some items missing from my order. This location is the closest to my house so this is the one I frequent. Just yesterday I asked for an Alaskan Pollock slider, and the man said they were out. Then asked me twice what I said. Then asked me "what is that ". How do you know you're out of something if you don't even know what I'm talking about??!! I'm reading off the menu, I'm not making this stuff up. Anyway, whether there's one person in line or 5 you'll have a very long wait then having to deal with workers with bad attitudes doesn't help. Only come to this location if you have no other alternative.

I visited this particular White Castle around 10:00 a.m. the drive-thru was crowded so I went inside. There were workers in the kitchen area cooking and so forth and I stood at the counter for a while and no one would wait on me. I don't know if they don't accept inside orders or are they just accepting orders online inside but I do believe someone should have acknowledged my presence there. So I just left didn't bother to get go through the drive through too many cars.

Whenever, I go to White Castle I only really purchase two regular Castle burgers. However I ask for extra ketchup and extra pickles on the burgers. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes not!!!! This time no!! so I had to drive around into a parking space and walk into their restaurant. They- the manager made it right. And because of the food code policy I was allowed to keep the prior burgers with a couple packs of ketchup to go.
