Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to get a chicken sandwich, they ask regular or spicy, I say regular, with no pickles. I get my order and go and park to eat. I open the bag and I've got a spicy sandwich! I take it back and get my regular only to find out that A.) it's got pickles! and B.) It's "cold"! I initially thought, well they just put it in the bag so it won't be hot yet, but then I get parked and open it up and nope, it's room temperature. I've had mediocre experience before here and this just topped the cake for me to not come back. $12 down the drain.

the manager Maria is doing an excellent job, she personally made sure our order was as fresh and hot as possible chicken was super hot and the flavor was amazing, lobby was clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. definitely will came back soon!!

Went through for lunch, only to sit and wait for 13 minutes waiting for my other meal. Nobody had the courtesy to let me know it may take a minute or a sorry. When the meal is finally handed to me, I asked for sauce only to be told it would cost me $.25. Evidently you only get a sauce with a chicken tender meal. Fine. Paid for the sauce. Open my sandwich to find an absurd amount of mayo, top and bottom of the sandwich. I, myself love mayo, however this was ridiculous.
