Arby's

Total trash hole!! The manager on duty needs to be fired. She refused to tell me her name and was beyond rude. I’ve never been treated so badly! Whoever was working Sunday 10-30-2022 at night shouldn’t work in customer service. The only good thing I will say was Jesus. I felt so bad for him having to be in the middle. Not your fault Jesus. All whoever your female manager was!!!

They were out of fries and out if roast beef. Arby's out if roast beef. Unbelievable. Oh ya, they were short staffed too. 8/9/22 update. Went back after they got new management. Tara was great. Very attentive and focused. Food was excellent and quick. This was the Arby's I was expecting. Tara was also spending time in training the staff. Will definitely go back now.

I wanted to order a Sandwich from the drive-through and the manager was taking orders and told me to notice that a bunch of things were out of stock. I did see were several items were out of stock however The beef and cheddar sandwich was not labeled as being out of stock so I ordered that and the manager Told me that they were out of fries and she said " I told you to read the menu". This was very condescending and very unprofessional. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that she was the one taking my order. I told her she was rude and that I didn't know what kind of bad day she had but that I had been caring for my dying mother and she hung up on me! I tried to call back and she didn't answer the phone. I would love for the general manager or the franchise owner to know that this is the type of person running the restaurant. I have never in my life been spoken to so condescendingly and unprofessional in a fast food resta
