Chipotle Mexican Grill

I rarely eat chipotle because it is basic. However, I did have a craving and Unfortunately left disappointed in my experience here. The bowl was very “light” not even a full bowl layer of anything. I had maybe like 5 lettuces in my bowl. Didn’t get much chicken rice fajita veggies tomatillo sauce. It was like half a scoop of everything. I’ll drive out of my way to go to the location on Preston rd. From now on.

The app worked great. The problem was with the employee that took the time to tell me my order would run 10 minutes late even though there were no other customers or large orders. When I suggested they just make the order he served me half the order volume & the gristle off the chopping board instead of cut steak. My order was at 3:20 pm on 8/8/22. Corinth Texas.

We walked in at 7:37 pm made our order and wanted to get 2 bags of chips and the manager said he couldn't sell us the chips because they were for “pre-order” where they have had enough of them! We were inside ordering, I have been eating Chipotle for over 15 years and never heard such a bad excuse.
