Welp, I can't say that it's always the workers fault when situations go left. Sometimes the customers are wrong, and I'm speaking about myself. The way you approach a person determines the outcome, negative or positive. I accused an employee in getting my order wrong and I had no evidence of such because they only took my order. When I think about it I feel really silly arguing over some fried chicken that does nothing but clog your arteries.
I had a little issue with this Popeyes because my food was cold and a bit short.. However, I did contact them and explained my experience online.. They did call me back to rectify it. Jessica, took care of it and I am satisfied. Thanks Jessica!
The host Alice was very disrespectful and rude. Kept rolling her eyes and really didn't even want to take my order. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. Treat people with more respect.
