The staff was efficient, but I did get the feeling the wait staffer who seated me was disappointed I didn't want to sit at the bar. I was also disappointed that at the beginning of the week sandwiches and pizza were 86'd. The meatball appetizer and side Caesar salad I got were good, but I wanted a meatball sandwich with fries. I might have gone somewhere else if there was another sit down place.
Since the place is in the airport, it tends to be busy, but when I was there I saw plenty of empty tables and no one rushing to help those of us standing in line. A sign asking people to sign in and wait for a table would've been nice. Once seated I was waited on within a reasonable amount of time. My waitress was great! She was attentive, and pleasant. She took my payment for me and rang it up. Overall a good experience and the possibility of my return is high. Besides, it's right next to Savannah Candy Kitchen, so how could you lose? Vegetarian options: Some. Salads, marinara with no meat, cheese sticks, etc.
Salad was disgusting. Clearly rotten Lettuce and bc they’re so short staffed the salad station makes a bunch of salads and let’s them sit out so wait staff can expedite them. I Showed the waitress and was not offered a new salad or anything. 2 tables next to me both has rotten lettuce too and they didn’t finish their salads either. They seem short staff yet have 3 hostesses. they should promote 1 to waitstaff. Poorly run and disappointing Carrabbas experience.
