No longer impressed. Stunned by the paired down menu. And not in a good way. Out of Veggie burgers. No more kids grilled cheese? My disabled daughter can’t get a grilled cheese? Are you F’n kidding me? It’s Cheese between a bun Bobby Flay! Thank god for the Staff here who made that happen, by ordering me a Cheeseburger with nothing but cheese on it…. Crisis averted THANKS TO THE COMPASSIONATE STAFF.
Poor service and poor management. I got there at a busy time and stood in line for some time. It turns out that they were out of the veggie burger but there was nothing to indicate that. The cashier was extremely unfriendly and matter of fact. Difficult to imagine someone more unsuited for customer service. The lady at pick up was extremely sweet and helpful and made up for the initial negative experience. She should be training the other staff. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
The girl with the bob short hair cut rushes you when ordering. I only wanted to order one shake and it turns out, two were placed. $7.00 a shake. I noticed after they brought the 2nd shake later to the table. They had forgot about it and I wasn’t expecting it. I sat down and ate. I wanted to place a separate order to go and went to up to the front and the girl with the bob short hair cut wouldn’t allow me to place a separate order with her. She said I had to place it with our sever. She’s quick to respond and over talks you. She had her phone hiding behind the counter and she was occupied watching videos while standing. The bacon crunch burger was good. Our server was nice. Shakes was very watery, not thick at all. Shakes not worth it. Burger yes. Oh and onion rings came with 4 pieces.
