Monica is great! She is so sweet, warm and welcoming when I come in to order! The food is beyond fresh and her going above and beyond, plus a few other of the staff members, keeps me coming in!
This was my first time at Poke Works and I love it! Monica greeted me upon walking in, asked if I was a first timer and happily walked me through the process offering great recommendations along the way. The end result is very tasty! The customer service was great. Monica is an A+ employee!
Me and my family had a great time eating delicious poke bowls. I am a vegetarian so they recommend tofu with kale noodles. I would definitely recommend this place. Great customer service. The staff was very patient while we ordered the food for our big family.
