Good food, but the ordering process was confusing, and I didn't feel like the server was paying much attention to me. Not entirely sure exactly what I ordered; was my first time here and after selecting the rice and tuna she just kind of kept going without me. That said, the bowl I got was very tasty and you won't be disappointed if you're looking for good food. Only downside was the confusing customer experience.

I went to the uptown location. I had not been there in a few years but it was the 1st one I had ever been to and I was very impressed then! But I returned on this past Saturday and let me tell you ot is FAR different from the last time I was there. The guy on duty (older) was very standoff is, the proteins looked old and dried out, the greens were wilted and they have a new payment system were you can checkin so you can use points if you want...he didn't even ask me if I wanted to use points nor did he even mention that there was a new system. Its unfortunate that I ordered ahead so I didn't see my bowl until I opened it! But I will not be going back to that location EVER! Girod and Old Metairie from now on.

Just got from Uber Eats. The fish are not cubes of fish but pureed fish slush. I got salmon and tuna and received one scoop of orange slush (salmon, see photo) and one scoop of red slush (tuna). Disgusting, I threw this in the trash. They should look up "poke" in the dictionary. What a scam.
