9-9-22, came in for lunch, automatic the vibe was think with low morale, the guy that seated us was not very friendly at all, the waitress barely stuck around to take our order, had to ask for more set while we waited for our food, never was checked on after our food was brought, for more drink at all, or if we needed anything. She brought our ticket same time she brought our food, and after we finished, we had to go and take ticket up ourselves to pay...way different from what it used to be!! Wont go back!
When we come to OKC from our of town, we usually choose poblano grill or of all the places to eat. We love the food, their chips and salsa are the best. But today the food was so so and the service was terrible!! My water never got a refill, chips were empty and never refilled, server never came back to see if everything was okay. She acted like she hated her life. Which I feel bad if anyone is going through hard times, we've all been there. But seriously, I wanted to ask her if she was okay. The food was good but just barely warm. Not hot. My husband said he won't go back. We never got checked on, we never got refills on drinks or chips, she never checked on us, and when she brought the check, never said a word. She just sat it down and walked away. Usually they say, thank you for coming in. She never asked how everything was. Just extremely out of the ordinary for a dining experience.
