Coolgreens - May & Memorial

This used to be Salata but it's just as great, they make their own dressings, have quality high protein options, and the freshest greens. Beats the subway down the street a million times over. They also have great tea ???? ???? keto is possible here.

I’m actually very surprised by some of these low reviews because I have NEVER had anything other than a 5 Star experience at this location and all of the Coolgreens restaurants. I go at least once a week in addition to using them for large catering orders. Staff is very friendly and professional, food is fresh and delicious, atmosphere is inviting and comfortable and my catering orders are always correct and ready/delivered on time.

The sad thing is I love cool greens and enjoy their food.. it really sucks to say but one member of the staff ruined that all for me yesterday. She was so rude, treated me and others as if we were stupid, has the worst attitude, and was confusing instead of helpful.. literally stared at you, rolled her eyes, instead of acting like a normal helpful employee. This is unfortunate because just from that interaction yesterday, (I’ve also witnessed her a few other times act the same way in previous visits, but this was my last straw).. it warded me from this location.. I was planning on doing a big catering order for my company but I cannot and won’t deal with that girl at the cashier. I cannot do it anymore when I spend my hard earned money just to get treated unfairly. Hopefully you guys select more friendly members who can actually do the job.
