You need to hire more workers so they’re not worked to the bone constantly and your customers can actually get service. And pay them more. Might let you keep workers more reliably. Disgraceful.

Like many places, they are short staffed much of the time. My visit was no exception. I saw just 2 cars in line so I thought, why not? The wait was long, possibly too long but I waited patiently. When it was my turn to order, they were apologetic for the wait and took my order. Very friendly, easy to understand, great. Then I waited some more to pay, no biggie. When it was my turn to pay I had the opportunity to meet Shantel. She was so nice, again apologized for the wait (I didn't mind but I know a lot of people would be frustrated). We had a nice conversation about the day as I waited then it was my turn to pull ahead. The wait between cars was about 6 or 7 minutes. When I got up to the window for my order, I could tell the rest of the staff was lost. It seemed maybe some were still in training. The manager (I think I never spoke with him directly) looked like he was overworked and possibly overwhelmed. Shantel to the rescue! She hopped up front and sorted the orders out, I heard her

Used the BK app and placed a prepay order to avoid a wait time. Got there and the lobby was closed with five cars in the drive thru. Took over 30 minutes to get my prepaid food in the drive thru.
