Pho Nam Noodle House

Fried tofu really impressed me! Nice and crispy with a unique twist from the lemongrass on top. Fresh spring rolls were just okay in my opinion. I appreciate that they put shrimp and also pork in them for more bulk, but neither pork nor shrimp had fresh flavor (but what can you expect for shrimp in Wisconsin?). As soon as the nice older man set the bowl of pho on my table, the aroma of flavors hit me and I knew it was going to be good (and it was). Atmosphere is simple but peaceful. There was some loud banging going on somewhere in back briefly.. not sure what that was about. Nonetheless, I am going to be a regular here, for sure.

This pho is little different normal pho More Vietnam style Taste different.... But it was good a lunch Owner little mean so so service Clean place Outside was raining so hot pho was good If you want to more Vietnam recommend it If not go another pho house

Seafood noodle soup: seafood overcooked and so obviously from frozen probably Costco. Vietnamese hot coffee tasted like made from instant coffee 3-in-1 packets, unlike the fresh drip coffee you mix yourself with condensed milk.
