Chipotle Mexican Grill

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, instead of saying hello, I just get a what. The food was meh and the lady at the register was just on the phone the entire time. I’ll make sure never to go back here next time I’m in Middleton.

Mixed feelings. I arrived to pick up my burrito to go and when I opened the package it was a complete mess. It was barely wrapped and all the ingredients leaked outside, into the aluminum wrapping. It looked like a child rolled the burrito. They re-made it for me, which was great! Prompt customer service. However, it was re-made very similar. Burrito not wrapped and a complete mess. Plus, there were 2 pieces of steak in the burrito - which is a no no, when you order a non-meat burrito. Very disappointed on whoever made this burrito, but the gentleman at the front did what he could to rectify the situation initially, so the customer service in the front is great! Back of house needs improvement.
