Mr Brews Taphouse

First time ever being there.Mr. Brews, Ft. Atkinson Wisconsin… my first impression as I walked in, seems like a very comfortable place to enjoy a afternoon. As I was there my experience there turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely a very relaxed comfortable atmosphere. There was a band playing, Bad Habit band. They were awesome and a Very good choice. They played a variety of music. Something for everyone. The food was delicious!! And WOW the customer service was truly amazing. It’s been a very long time since seeing such friendly happy staff with great customer service skills.... My table, I was very lucky to have Justin serving us. He went more than the mile to see everyone had what they needed. Very attentive!! And always very friendly service…. !!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Man, we live close by and frequent this place. After a rough day I wanted to pop in for some onion rings and a beer. After about sitting outside for about 15-20 mins, I walked in and sat at the bar assuming no one saw me outside, oh well. After another solid ten minutes at the bar one nice and man finally came and grabbed me a beer, I watched most of the staff and staff (except for one nice woman) sit and chat with other staff or patrons. The guy who regularly helps us was not around, dude rocks. The rest not so much. Great selection of beer though.

Came in at 830 pm tired from a long day. Waiter was ho hum. Ordered two beers from the tap munu only to find out the were out... Settled for choice 3. Food order was messed up so my food was gonne before wife got hers. Had to ask to get silverware and ask to get another beer. Good was ok. Small portions. Skip this place.
